We strive to provide an exceptional Christian education that is both accessible and affordable. Our tuition structure reflects our commitment to delivering academic excellence and spiritual growth in a nurturing environment.

Overview of Tuition

We offer a comprehensive educational experience from Preschool to High School. While specific tuition rates vary by grade level, our fees are structured to ensure the best resources and opportunities for our students.

Payment Options

We provide flexible payment plans to accommodate the financial needs of our families:
  • Annual Payment Plan: Full tuition payment at the beginning of the year.
  • Semi-Annual Payment Plan: Split tuition payment into two installments.
  • Monthly Payment Plan: Monthly installments for tuition payment.

Additional Costs

Some additional costs may include:
  • Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee required at the time of registration.
  • Technology Fee: A chromebook/laptop is required for grades 6th-12th. The school has devices available while supplies last, but families may purchase their own devices
  • Extracurricular Activities: Fees for sports or clubs may apply.

Financial Aid and Tuition Assistance

We are committed to partnering with families to make Christian education accessible. Our need-based financial aid is limited and awarded based on the assessment by FACTS and our internal financial aid committee.
APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID

Eligibility and Confidentiality

  • Eligibility: All Grace students are eligible to apply.
  • FACTS Tuition and Aid Assessment: We utilize FACTS Tuition and Aid, a third-party service, to objectively assess each family's financial need. This ensures a fair and confidential process.
  • Confidentiality: Both the application and awarded assistance are confidential.

Application Process

  1. Complete Student Application: Required before considering financial assistance.
  2. Explore Other Support: Encourage support from churches, family, or community.
  3. Submit Financial Assistance Application: Annual application via FACTS, including tax returns.
  4. Review Process: The Business Manager may contact for further information.
  5. Contribution Expectation: Families cover at least 70-90% of tuition; aid ranges from 10-30%.
  6. Additional Costs: Families must cover registration and other school fees.

Requirements for Recipients

  • Academic and Behavioral Standards: Minimum 2.5 GPA and good behavior.
  • Attendance: At least 95% attendance required.
  • Service Contribution: 40 hours of service to the school.
  • Situational Letter: Detailing the need for financial assistance.
