Thank you for you incredible support!
Here, we want to showcase the incredible impact of past major fundraising dinner auctions and the generosity of our donors. Thanks to your contributions, we have been able to transform our school's facilities, creating a more welcoming and functional environment for our students and staff. From renovating our bathrooms to replacing the carpet down our school's main hallways, your support has truly made a difference in enhancing our students' educational experience. We invite you to learn more about our past projects and see the tangible impact of your generosity. Thank you for your ongoing commitment to our school community!
2023 | Safety and Security
- Exterior Entrances: We will enhance the security of our doorways by giving the front entrance a complete makeover, installing a set of security doors by the church entrance, and systematically replacing every exterior door in the building.
- Emergency Radio: In times of crisis, we cannot rely on word-of-mouth alone. That's why we want to install a communication system that allows for quick and easy two-way communication with local police and fire crews. This system is part of a larger Kankakee County initiative to better equip schools during emergencies.
- Security Cameras: We are fortunate to already have a robust security camera system, but there is always room for improvement. We will use a portion of the funds raised tonight to fill out our camera capacity, ensuring comprehensive coverage of our campus.
2022 | Science Lab and Extra Classroom:
Thanks to your generosity at last year's major fundraising dinner auction, we were able to transform our school cafeteria into a brand new science lab and extra classroom. Our students now have access to state-of-the-art equipment and resources that help them excel in their studies. This transformation has not only improved the overall learning experience of our students but also helped to create a more dynamic and engaging school environment.
2021 | Bathroom Renovation:
In 2021, we renovated the bathrooms by the school office, creating a more welcoming and comfortable environment for our students and staff to use, all thanks to your support. This renovation has improved the overall functionality of one the most important and trafficked locations in the building.
2019 | Gym/Stage Makeover:
Thanks to your contributions in 2019, we were able to give our gym/stage a much-needed makeover, making it a more functional space for our students to participate in sports and perform in school plays and musicals. This renovation has not only improved the aesthetics of our gym but also helped to create a safer and more inclusive environment for our students.
2018 | Digital Sign Installation:
Since 2018, we installed a digital sign outside the school that keeps our community informed about important school events and announcements, all thanks to your contributions. This new technology has helped us to better connect with our community and create a more informed and engaged school environment.
2017 | "Lift for Leah"
In 2017, we installed a lift affectionately known as "Lift for Leah". Thanks to your incredible support, this lift has provided handicap access to our second floor and has been a tremendous asset for our student population. This project has allowed us to create a more inclusive environment for all of our students and has been a testament to the impact of our Fund-a-Projects. We are incredibly grateful for your ongoing commitment to our school community and for helping us create a more accessible and welcoming school environment.

2014-2017 | Energy-Efficient Windows
We are incredibly grateful for your support over several years in helping us replace all of the school windows. Thanks to your contributions, we were able to make our school more energy-efficient and comfortable for students and staff. The replacement of the windows not only enhanced the aesthetics of our school but also provided many benefits, such as improved insulation, better temperature regulation, and reduced energy costs. Also, the bottom windows were designed to allow for another option of egress for classrooms in the case of emergency. Your support has made a lasting impact on our school community, and we are grateful for your ongoing commitment to our school's sustainability and efficiency.
2013 | Kitchen Renovation:
Your support in 2013 allowed us to renovate our church/school kitchen, providing our staff with a modern and functional kitchen space for our church and school. The renovated kitchen has helped to create a more welcoming and comfortable environment for our students and staff.
2012 | Carpet Replacement:
In 2012, your contributions enabled us to replace the carpet down our school's main hallways. This renovation has created a cleaner and more comfortable environment for our students to walk through daily. The new carpet has greatly improved the aesthetics of our school.
2011 | Blue Bleachers Installation:
Thanks to your incredible generosity in 2011, our school was able to install comfortable and safe blue bleachers, providing our students and staff with a great seating option during sporting events and assemblies.
