At Grace Christian Academy, we are committed to understanding each family's unique financial situation and partnering with them to make Christian education accessible. Our financial aid is need-based, and funds are limited. We encourage early application to maximize the chance of receiving assistance.

Financial Assistance Process
- A completed student application is required before considering a financial assistance application.
- We encourage exploring financial support from other sources like churches, family, or community connections before applying.
Financial Assistance Process
- Annual Application: A new application is required each year.
- Documentation: Submit the FACTS Financial Assistance Application and recent tax returns.
- Review: The Business Manager may contact parents for further review or information.
- Contribution Expectation: Families are expected to cover at least 70% of tuition. Financial aid typically ranges between 10% – 30%.
- Additional Costs: Families must cover other school fees, including registration and athletic fees.

- Maintain good academic (minimum 2.5 GPA) and behavioral standing.
- Attendance should be at least 95%.
- Families are expected to contribute 40 hours of service to the school, particularly in events like the annual dinner auction and athletic department activities.
- Submission of a situational letter detailing the need for financial assistance.
Financial Aid Committee
The committee, comprising the Principal, the Business Manager, and the Chair of the Finance Committee, reviews all applications and is accountable to the School Board.
Committee Guidelines
- Applications are only reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee.
- Applicants must value and desire Christian education.
- Financial need must be genuine and demonstrated.
- Prior year’s school balances must be cleared for consideration.
- Timely monthly payments are required to continue receiving aid.
- Financial aid is not automatically renewed. A new application is required each school year.
