Many older people can learn from our generation, how not to be consumed by worry. If you look at kids and teens of our generation, with an exception of a few measly kids, they are so free spirited and not worried about anything. That will probably change when they get older, but they don’t have anything to worry about while they are young. There is an exception of a just few, but many older people are consumed by worry more than you will ever know. I don’t blame them, with having to worry about taxes, bills, loans, and many other things. I can see how they can be worried or stressed. With all these overwhelming things, I would say that they just need to learn how to relax and chill out once in a while. They could possibly take a day off of work, play with their kids, go to the spa, or even get a massage. They just need to accept the fact that they don’t need to worry about every little thing. Older people just need to learn how to relax and let all that worry fade away.
Many older people don’t like to go on adventures or live life to the fullest. Many teens, with the exception of just a few, love to be daredevils and live life to its fullest. I know I love to do new things and take a risk once in a while. Older people don’t like to take risks. They would rather sit inside, drink some tea, and read a newspaper or something along those lines. There are a few exceptions though, but not often. No one knows when or where they will pass away. That’s why you should live life to the fullest before you can’t, and you will really regret it.
There are too many things wrong with our society today. Understandably, people have a hard time accepting that. With all the robberies, shootings, wars, and kidnappings. It can be very hard to accept all of these terrible things. There are a few different ways to look at these things to make them not seem as bad as they are, except they don’t always work. One thing that you can do is spend some time with your family or friends and appreciate what you have... While you are spending time with them talk about it. Trust me, it helps more than you would think. Another thing that you could do would be to unplug from your phone, and take a long walk while you are thinking about it. There are many things in today's society that as you get older you will learn how to accept and cope with. What do you do to cope with loss, or today’s society? There are many, many things that older people can learn from our generation. What are some things that older people in your life have learned from you?
