The first everyday problem that I face is that I don’t spend enough time reading my Bible. I think that reading your Bible should be an everyday practice. The main reason why I don’t read my Bible is that I can’t find enough time to do it, because of homework or simply because I am on my electronics and don’t want to leave them. A way to fix my problem would be to read my Bible on weekdays for at least thirty minutes, then on weekends I can study the end times, which is my favorite topic. I think rewarding myself by studying my favorite topic will help, because it will give me something to look forward to.
The next problem that I face every day is that I have trouble doing my weekly paper in time. Even though doing my weekly paper is important, I still put it off until the last minute. I know I should do it earlier, but I never feel like writing it. I think that if I come up with a specific due date for each paragraph, it will be easier for me to do it. If I do one paragraph on Monday, two on Tuesday, one on Wednesday, and two more on Thursday, then it will be more organized and easier for me to complete it.
The third everyday problem that I face is that I rush through homework and miss easy questions. If I take my time on homework than I lose time for other things, which sometimes are not the most important. I know that getting good grades is important, but I don’t enjoy doing homework. I can fix this problem by trying to realize how important homework is, or I can do part of it at one time and another part at a different time. I think that doing these things will help me get more answers correct, and it will also be more time consuming.
My fourth problem that I face every day is that I don’t practice playing my clarinet like I am supposed for the band. I enjoy playing it, but it is hard to find time to practice for half an hour every day. If I don't practice thirty minutes, five days a week, then I am supposed to get a detention, but Mr. Ignacio lets us miss a week if we have a reasonable excuse. That should motivate me to practice, because I don’t want a detention. I can fix this by asking my sister to play her saxophone with me, because practicing is better with more than one person.
The last problem that I face every day is that I stay up late on electronics and go to sleep late. This is probably the biggest problem for me, because I am addicted to Instagram, YouTube, video games, and lots of other things, so I stay up late. One way to fix this is to put all those things outside my room at night so I will not be tempted to play on them.
